Frank Melendrez

Frank, began working in the home inspection industry in 1992, a year before his son Evan, was born. Bringing over 30 years of experience and conducting over 30,000 plus home inspections, Frank, is the most qualified and experienced home inspector in the Albuquerque Metro area. Frank is a past president of the New Mexico American Society of Home Inspectors (NM ASHI) and was most recently a member of the Rules Committee for the Home Inspector Licensing Act.

Evan Melendrez

Evan, began his career as a home inspector after returning home to Albuquerque, NM in 2016. After years of tagging along with dad in the summers, he decided to do home inspections full time. Evan brings a modern approach to the business with new technology, tools and a youthful spirit. He is elated to become his dad's successor and now own his own home inspection company.

Sherry Melendrez

Office Administrator

Sherry, is our secretary ‎extraordinaire. You will not speak to anyone friendlier and more helpful than her! Sherry, manages our office and has the inspection experience to back it up. She is always available to answer your many home inspection questions, schedule your inspection and assist you with coordinating other inspection services. She has worked out in the field with our inspectors on many occasions and can match the on site experience of most home inspectors.
